Things are always happening at Central New York businesses and organizations, and now more than ever before as the area begins to recover, readjust and reorganize as the pandemic begins to wind down.
Syracuse.com and The Post-Standard tells people about what’s happening in the local business world in its Company News column where we report promotions, new hires and more. It’s something we’ve been doing for a long time, but we’d like to expand our report.
We’d like to represent an even more diverse spectrum of people from different sectors of the CNY business community, so we’re asking that area businesses and organizations to submit news about their employees.
Information can be submitted via email to business@syracuse.com and typically should include:
- Person’s name
- Photo
- City/town where they live
- Name and location of the business/organization (include specific location person will be working)
- A brief description of the company and its ties to Central New York, especially if it’s not widely known.
It’s best if photos are sent as .jpg attachments. If possible, they should be uncropped, highest resolution you have, and labeled with person’s name, followed by the company name.
